"The Beginners Guide to Video Editing"
In this course, students will learn how to use Adobe Premiere Pro to create their own videos from start to finish. Students will receive a physical, printed course book along with a custom FireStarters Media flash drive containing all of their pre-loaded assets.
These assets include video clips, audio files, and sound effects (SFX). We believe hands-on experience is crucial to learning, and this course is designed to be highly practical. All that is required is a subscription to Adobe Premiere Pro and access to a laptop or desktop computer.

Growing up in Alaska, I've come to dislike the stereotype that we can't create good media. With over ten years of video editing experience, my work has been featured in places ranging from Times Square in New York City to major networks such as CNN, FOX, Newsmax, and CNBC. I’ve also worked with world-class YouTube channels and edited several viral videos.
I want to partner with you to raise the next generation of Alaskans who will influence the media and culture of our state.
